The Titans selected Mouton with their second third-round selection (94th overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft.  The Houston, Texas, native played two seasons at the University of Hawaii after beginning his collegiate career at Blinn Junior College.  The 5-foot-9-inch, 187-pounder appeared in 24 games with 13 starts for the Warriors and collected 49 tackles, two sacks, three interceptions, 17 passes defensed and three forced fumbles.  He also returned 38 kickoffs for 928 yards and two touchdowns.  As a senior, Mouton was named to the All-WAC first team after notching 43 tackles, including six stops for loss, an interception and eight pass breakups.  He was a first team All-American in his final season at Blinn Junior College and led his team to the 2006 National Championship.

The Titans now have agreed to terms with six (Mouton, McRath, McCourty, Edison, Durand, Schommer) of their 11 2009 draft picks.  The team opens training camp on Friday, July 31st.
