NASHVILLE – The Titans are bringing a familiar face back to the secondary.

On Monday, the team agreed to terms with defensive back Greg Mabin.

Mabin, who has had several stints in Tennessee, played in five games with the Titans in 2021, with two starts, including the team's October 24 game against the Chiefs. Mabin also spent time on the team's practice squad during the 2020 and 2021 seasons.

Mabin originally signed with the Buccaneers as a rookie free agent following the 2017 NFL Draft, and he's spent time with the Bills, 49ers, Bengals and Jaguars.

In 39 career games, Mabin has been credited with 48 tackles and seven passes defensed.

Mabin joins a youthful group of cornerbacks that also includes third-year players Kristian Fulton and Chris Jackson, second-year cornerbacks Caleb Farley and Elijah Molden, and rookie Roger McCreary, a second-round draft pick by the team, among others. The Titans also have veteran Buster Skrine, who is headed into this 12th NFL season, under contract.
