Titans Activate LB Zach Cunningham While Placing Guard Nate Davis on Injured Reserve

NASHVILLE – The Titans have activated linebacker Zach Cunningham from Injured Reserve ahead of Saturday's game against the Texans.

Also on Friday, the Titans signed offensive lineman Xavier Newman to the active roster while placing guard Nate Davis on Injured Reserve.

A day earlier, the Titans placed center Ben Jones on IR.

The Titans have also waived offensive lineman Beau Benzschawel from the team's practice squad.

Additionally, the Titans will make linebacker Andre Smith and running back Jonathan Ward gameday elevations for Saturday's game. Both players will revert to the practice squad after the contest.

Cunningham, who has missed the past six games with an elbow injury he initially suffered in the team's September 25 game against the Raiders, should provide a boost to the defense.

Kickoff for Saturday's game is set for noon at Nissan Stadium.
