RB Tyjae Spears

How tough is it on a day like today where you fall behind early and the defense knows you're going to be a little bit more one dimensional?

"It's definitely tough, man. Because we were right there, we were inside the fight. It was 10-7, something like that. We were inside the fight, man, and it's tough."

How do you stay upbeat? How do you keep others upbeat when the results have been what they've been?

"Just stick to the routine. I keep the main thing the main thing. Get home tonight, if you want to feel sorry for yourself, feel sorry for yourself tonight, but when tomorrow comes, flip the switch. It's back to the next scene that we're getting prepared for. So, you can't stay in your feelings for that long. You look and see what you did good, you look and see what you did bad and build on both."

You've got some opportunities and it seems like you made the most of them. Do you feel like you had a little jump today and good to contribute like you did, even in a loss?

"Yeah, I'm always blessed and always appreciative for everything that I get. But just look and see what I could have done better, look and see what I did good and keep on building off of it."
