Getting you over a hundred yards rushing didn't factor in keeping you guys competitive. What was the difference?
"We had a good day on the ground, but there were a few plays here and there that we didn't execute on. That would've been big. We had a few big home run shots that we missed out on. When you're playing a team like the San Francisco 49ers, you've got to make all of those count."
How good are the San Francisco 49ers? Is this a team that maybe you can aspire to be like and how efficient they are at everything?
"It's definitely a team we know we could beat, but you've got to bring your 'A' game when you're playing a team like this. It's a veteran team that's been through the ups and downs. They know how to play together and know how to fight back through adversity. It's something we can learn from and take it with us moving forward."
You guys got down by 21 points. How much did that throw the game plan out the window for you?
"It makes it a little harder being down by three touchdowns. We did a good job, kept fighting, staying in there and unfortunately we didn't make enough plays to come out with the win."
