How do you describe the impact of your special teams have the momentum that they give you? I mean, Nick Cross, Segun Olubi, Tony Brown, Grant Stuard, so many guys.
Man, seven-point swing. Two block kicks turn into three, and you knock out the punter out the game, they can't kick the extra point that ties that game, and get it to overtime. I told the young guys, I said, look, that's when you know your special teams are really making plays when they affect the outcome of the game. Them boys stood tall today for sure.
How proud you are of how disruptive your front was able to be? You knew they were going to make it difficult out there. The way they were able to get in the face of Will (Levis) and then also, knock Derrick Henry out, make it incredibly difficult on (Tyjae) Spears as well.
Yeah, no question. Them boys were hunting. Them boys are playing great right now. Samson (Ebukam) and all those guys are making plays and over and over and over again, making everybody else play great.
When you get a win like this tough one on the road, does it feel like no matter what, you guys face the rest of the way, that this team is going to be in contention?
Like I told you, we're road dogs. I said that earlier this week. We just standing tall man. Love the way this team fights, love the way this team is competing. We got another big one against Cincinnati next week.
