Do you feel like you have to score defensively?
Yeah, we always talk about that. That's how we define our ability to take the ball away, is score. It's a team game so when defense is not playing well the offense picks us up, and if the offense is not playing well the defense picks us up, along with special teams vice versa. We've just got to find a way to sustain in the game.
They came in with 11 straight touchdowns when they got the red zone. You stopped them twice today. Was got a big focal point this week?
Yeah, we knew that they were 12-for-13, whatever in the red zone. They're a good team. So yeah, that was a prideful moment for us, but obviously didn't get the win and that's what we wanted.
On the last drive where a tight end bobbles and catches it in the end, was that just like a gut punch?
Yeah. Obviously, it would have been nice to get off the field right there but it's the next play mentality. Austin Hooper is a whole player from Stanford keep it in mind, and he had good day. Hats off to him.
