Titans safety Michael Griffin replaces Baltimore's Ed Reed on the AFC Pro Bowl roster.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. –** Tennessee Titans safety Michael Griffin was named to the AFC squad for the 2011 NFL Pro Bowl, which will be played Jan. 30, 2011, at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii. Griffin replaces Baltimore Ravens safety Ed Reed, who is unable to participate due to injury.

Griffin, the Titans' 2007 first-round draft pick, led the team and tied for sixth in the AFC with four interceptions. He also finished second on the squad with 153 tackles and 14 passes defensed in 2010. Griffin was named AFC Defensive Player of the Month for October after leading the AFC and ranking second in the NFL with four interceptions. This is Griffin's second Pro Bowl nod, after representing the AFC following his seven-interception campaign in 2008.

Griffin joins defensive end Jason Babin, running back Chris Johnson and return specialist Marc Mariani, who were previously named to the Pro Bowl.
