What were some of the things you think that held you guys back, anything in particular they were doing?
It's hard to speak for the pass game. I felt like the run game was at least efficient. The first drive had a couple nice runs and then still getting four to five yards on most of the runs after that. But I don't know. We're going to have to look at everything and execute a better plan.
Can you convince me this team like gives a (crap) and wants to be here?
We do because I can feel the frustration in this locker room right now. I don't think that frustration exists if people don't care. I think we're all pretty pissed off right now. It doesn't matter eliminated or what our record it is, we want to go out there and try to win and put a good performance and that wasn't that. And I feel a lot of frustration about that and I come to work to try to be the best player I can. So we care. I know I feel the guys in this room working hard and care.
After 12, 13 weeks, why is this the week you think the frustration bubbled over?
Can't really say, just starts with not being able to execute out there. I think that's what happens.
These four games in a row at home that teams don't often get that kind of break in their schedule. Disappointing not to have come through, at least get one of these home wins?
Yeah, totally. You want to win a game at home. So, it's really upsetting, so yeah.
After being so close these last couple of weeks to a win, why do you think you were so far away from a win today?
Not moving the ball, not converting when we get close to the goal line, just about everything on the laundry list of things you got to do as an offense and we didn't do it.
How much does it need to hear the boos?
It's not great. You want your home crowd to be cheering for you. And I don't necessarily think we have like a Philly crowd where they boo every bad play, but I feel like we have a good crowd, a good fan base. But they're rightfully frustrated, and so I understand it as much as I hate hearing it.
