Collins Starts for Injured Young, Vick Tabbed 3rd

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Kerry Collins is making his first start in a year for the Tennessee Titans in place of Vince Young, who will back him up against Philadelphia despite his sprained left knee and ankle.

Rookie receiver Damian Williams is making his first career start for the Titans instead of Kenny Britt, who was involved in a bar fight early Friday morning. But Britt is active with Justin Gage missing a third straight game.

Tennessee deactivates starting defensive tackle Tony Brown (right knee).

The Eagles slotted Michael Vick as their third quarterback with Kevin Kolb making his third straight start. King Dunlap is starting a second straight game for Jason Peters at left tackle. Jason Avant is starting for receiver DeSean Jackson (concussion).
