Rex in Athens, Ala.: "Have I missed something or do we have any updates on the negotiations or signings of our draft choices? Also, you said OTA's are closed to the public. What about the media or Titans Online?"

MIKE KEITH: Rex, as this is written (Memorial Day week), negotiations are about to start heating up. I would imagine the guys on the back end of the draft class will get signed pretty quickly. Might take a little longer on the top picks.

Not all OTAs are open to the media, but a majority of them are, especially the further that we get into June.

Eric in Merced, Calif.: "Will we see Chris Johnson and Shonn Greene on the field at the same time most of the time to keep the opposing teams' defense guessing?"

MIKE KEITH:Eric, knowing how creative offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains is, it would not surprise me to see CJ and Greene on the field at the same time. It would, however, shock me to see the two backs on the field together most of the time.

Travis in Fort Myers, Fla.: "Are we going to get (free agent defensive end) John Abraham?"

MIKE KEITH: Rex also asked this question, as did several other people.

I don't think that there has been any movement on John Abraham. If Abraham is coming, it is probably not going to happen soon. With OTAs starting this week, the Titans move into a mode where they want to look at who they have on the roster. They want to see their returning players, their free agents signings and their rookies. With some defensive philosophy changes, the Titans want to see exactly how the pieces that they have fit what they want to do. And they feel like they have some "moveable pieces" in the defensive line. The Titans want to give the reps to their own guys.

This isn't just Titans' philosophy; it's pretty much standard policy around the league.

At the end of OTAs, we'll see what the Titans think.

For right now, however, Tennessee will likely hold.
