BUD ADAMS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

The Bud Adams Fellowship Program is designed for highly motivated individuals looking to be sports and entertainment industry leaders. During the fellowship, fellows will engage in unique experiences with industry and community leaders, building a foundation of relationships and skillsets to carry into their career.

Program Timeline: August 8, 2023 - January 10, 2024

Program Details & Expectations

Over the course of the program, fellows will work on various roles in live event preparation and execution, participate in a collaborative group service project and attend program meetings. Fellows are expected to work event days (usually weekends, estimated 9-hour days). The collaborative group service project will be a one-day event. Program meetings will be in late afternoons or evenings. All event dates and times will be provided shortly after the release of the NFL schedule in May.

In addition to the experience described above, fellows will receive the following benefits:

  • Part-time Employment, $20/hr.
  • Real-world experience in one or more disciplines for a professional sports team and live events business.
  • Formal mentorship and development opportunities throughout the program from staff at various leadership levels.
  • Assistance with building your professional network and searching for employment at the conclusion of the program.

Participation in the Bud Adams Fellowship Program does not imply to guarantee full time employment with the Tennessee Titans upon program completion.

Candidate Details

  • All candidates must be approaching college graduation (Junior or Senior) or a recent graduate of a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • All majors and disciplines of study are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Passion for working the sports industry, positive attitude, strong work ethic, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity are required.

Attendance Policy

Fellows will be allowed to miss no more than two required activities while enrolled in the program. Communication of absence is required in advance of program meetings, etc.

How To Apply

Interested candidates will be required to include an unofficial transcript from their college or university and a minimum of two letters of recommendation as part of their application. These documents should be uploaded into the Additional Documents area of the Fellowship Application. Failure to include these documents will result in an incomplete submission. Only completed applications will be considered for employment.
