NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.

Eligibility: The 12/22/2018 Tennessee Titans Giveaway ("Contest") is open to legal residents of Tennessee, Alabama & Kentucky and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers & directors of Tennessee Football, Inc., doing business as the Tennessee Titans ("Sponsor"), the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void outside the aforementioned states and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

How To Participate: The Contest starts on 12/22/18 at 11:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on 12/22/18 at 4:30 PM CT (the "Contest Period"). Participants may enter in person, free of charge, by providing their name and contract information to the Sponsor at Nissan Stadium (a "Submission" and/or "Entry").

Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No copies, mechanical reproductions, or metered mail accepted. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, or illegible entries or mail. Limit one (1) Contest entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries by a person may result in disqualification of all entries. Additional entries received beyond the first Entry from any given person will be void. All entries must be received by the close of the entry period. By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby warrants and represents that the Entry conforms to the Entry Requirements set forth herein. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Submissions received.

Choosing the Winners: Prize winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible Submissions received throughout the Contest Period on 12/23/18. Sponsor will notify the Prize winner(s) within one (1) week of the Contest drawing. 

The prize winner(s) are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible according to these Official Rules; if a potential winner decides to decline his/her prize for any reason whatsoever; or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and the prize may be awarded to another randomly selected entrant. Sponsor will provide the Prize winner(s) with the Prize, or with a voucher, certificate, or other document giving the person the unconditional right to receive the Prize, within fourteen (14) days of notifying the Prize winner(s) that they won.

The Prize winner(s) are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes are winner's sole responsibility.

Entry Details: By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that his/her Submission does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party and does not violate any federal, state, or local laws or ordinances. Entrants further warrant and represent that  Sponsor shall own the Submission (and all material embodied therein). The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete or misdirected entries, Submissions or email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Contest; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise; or the administration of the Contest; or the processing or judging of Entries or Submissions. Use of any device to automate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and any entries or submissions received through such means will be void.

Schedule Changes or Game Cancellations: To the extent that the Prizes include tickets to any event, Entrants agree to release the Released Parties from any liability for losses or damages of any kind resulting from schedule changes or event cancellations. If the prize winner cannot attend the event, they may give their tickets to someone else.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or any prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable or Sponsor being unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period for any reason will result in prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, a runner-up winner may be selected.

By participating, each entrant acknowledges and agrees: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (2) that his/her Submission (and all components thereof) will not be acknowledged or returned; and (3) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability, loss, injury or damage to participants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to participants or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of entrant's participation in this Contest, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect Submissions or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), labor controversy or threat thereof, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest and, in the event of such cancellation, suspension or termination, at its discretion, select the finalists from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of such action.

By participating, Participant acknowledges and agrees to provide his or her general electronic consent to receive commercial information for any products and services via email, periodic text messages, telephone, automatic telephone dialing system and/or artificial/pre-recorded messages from the Tennessee Titans, Nissan Stadium, and partner companies, at the email address and telephone number provided. Participant understands that his or her consent to receive communications in this way is not required as a condition of purchasing any good or service.

Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THIS CONTEST SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE, NASVILLE DIVISION, AND SPONSOR AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND VENUE.

As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

SPONSOR WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZES OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE PRIZE WINNERS' ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZES.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
