Eligibility: The Ashley HomeStore Take it to the House Sweepstakes ("Contest") is open to legal residents of Tennessee, Alabama & Kentucky and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, agents, successors, assignees, officers & directors of Tennessee Football, Inc., doing business as the Tennessee Titans ("Sponsor"), Ashley Home Stores, Ltd. ("Ashley HomeStore"), the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. 

Void outside the aforementioned states and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. 

Contest Period: The Contest starts on August 26th, 2019 at 8:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on December 22, 2019 at 11:59 PM CT (the "Contest Period").

How To Participate: Participants may submit their Entry to the Contest by visiting and providing their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth on an entry card at one of the following Ashley HomeStore locations during the Contest Period:

(each, a "Submission" and/or "Entry"). 

Restrictions: Limit one (1) Contest entry per person and/or per valid e-mail address per day, regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries received beyond the first Entry from any given person and/or valid e-mail on any given day will be void. By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby warrants and represents that the Entry conforms to the Entry Requirements set forth herein. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Choosing the Home Game Winners: One Home Game Prize winner will be selected by random drawings approximately ten (10) days prior to each Tennessee Titans regular season home game (there will be eight (8) total Home Game Prize winners selected, see exact schedule below) from all eligible Submissions received throughout the Contest Period. Sponsor will notify the prize winner(s) within one (1) week of the Contest drawing.

Home Game Prizes: Each Home Game Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to an upcoming Tennessee Titans home game. The exact location of the tickets is subject to Sponsor's sole discretion. In addition, the Home Game Prize winner will be eligible to win the Grand Prize for the corresponding Titans Home Game subject to the terms and conditions listed under "Grand Prize" below and throughout these official rules.

ARV for each Home Game Prize: $205.00

How to win the Grand Prize: For each Tennessee Titans home game during the 2019 NFL regular season, one Home Game Prize Winner of the corresponding Titans Home Game (see schedule above) will be eligible to win the Grand Prize if either: (1) a Tennessee Titans player returns the game's opening kickoff for a touchdown and the play is recorded by the NFL as an official "kickoff return for a touchdown" statistic, or (2) in the event that the Tennessee Titans receive the second half kickoff instead of the opening kickoff, a Tennessee Titans player returns the opening kickoff of the second half and the play is recorded by the NFL as an official "kickoff return for a touchdown" statistic. For clarity, the Home Game Prize winner will only be eligible to win the Grand Prize during the Titans game that corresponds with the week they won the Home Game Prize drawing and not any other week during the NFL schedule. A touchdown scored by the kicking team on a kickoff is ineligible. A kickoff return for touchdown nullified by a penalty or a play that is not ruled as an official "kickoff return for a touchdown" by the NFL will be ineligible. A re-kick, due to either due to either penalty by the kicking team or a kickoff that goes out of bounds, will be eligible to win the Grand Prize if all of the other terms and conditions of this paragraph are met. If the Titans receive both the first and second half kick-offs, only the first half kick-off will be eligible to win the Grand Prize.

There may only be one (1) Grand Prize awarded during the Contest. For example, if the Grand Prize is won during the September 15, 2019 home game, the remaining games and Home Game Prize winners will be ineligible to win the Grand Prize. 

Grand Prize: If the corresponding Home Game Prize winner fulfills all of the conditions to win the Grand Prize, they will receive the following: One (1) cash prize in the amount of $100,000.00 ("Grand Prize").

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Contest: $101,640.00.

Each prize winner is subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Terms, conditions and restrictions on voucher may apply, as designated by issuer. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, transportation to/from stadium (if applicable, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, etc.) are winner's sole responsibility. The prize winner(s) are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible according to these Official Rules; if a potential winner decides to decline his/her prize for any reason whatsoever; or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and the prize may be awarded to another randomly selected entrant. Sponsor will provide the Prize winner(s) with the Prize, or with a voucher, certificate, or other document giving the person the unconditional right to receive the Prize, within ten (10) days of notifying the Prize winner(s) that they won. Potential prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release within three (3) days of issuance.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Entry Details: By entering the Contest, Entrants warrant and represent that (1) Sponsor shall own the Submission (and all material embodied therein); (2) that by entering, the entrant irrevocably assigns to Sponsor and its designees any and all rights, title and interest in the Submission including but not limited to all intellectual property rights; and (3) that Sponsor and its designees shall have, without limitation, the perpetual, right, but not the obligation, worldwide to edit, adapt, modify, publish, exploit and use the Submission in any way and in any media for trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purposes as Sponsor and/or its designees may determine without further consideration, notification or permission of entrants, winners or any third parties or, at its discretion, remove any Submission. The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. 

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete or misdirected entries, Submissions or email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Contest; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise; or the administration of the Contest. Use of any device to automate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and any entries or submissions received through such means will be void. 

Personal Data and Privacy Policy: By entering the Contest, Entrants consent to the handling of their information as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at: http://www.titansonline.com/footer/terms-of-use-privacy-policy.html. By entering the contest, Entrants consent to share their personal entry information with Ashley HomeStore. We cannot control the privacy practices of other companies, and encourage Entrants to review Ashley HomeStore's privacy policy before entering the Contest.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or any prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable or Sponsor being unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period for any reason will result in prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, a replacement winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. 

By participating, each entrant acknowledges and agrees: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (2) that his/her Submission (and all components thereof) will not be acknowledged or returned; (3) that Released Parties and their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (4) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability, loss, injury or damage to participants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to participants or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of entrant's participation in this Contest, the use of any photo or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect Submissions or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), labor controversy or threat thereof, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest and, in the event of such cancellation, suspension or termination, at its discretion, select the Grand Prize winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of such action. 

Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THIS CONTEST SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE, NASVILLE DIVISION, AND SPONSOR AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND VENUE. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

SPONSORS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OF THE PRIZES OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE PRIZE WINNERS' ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZES.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
