Terms and Conditions
The Tennessee Titans Business Resource Center (the "Program") offered by Tennessee Football, Inc., doing business as the Tennessee Titans ("TFI"), is a virtual community where participating Tennessee Titans fans, fellow personal suite license and suite owners, and other potential customers in the Mid-South Region can find and support local businesses.
By submitting your business information to TFI, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Business Resource Center Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
TFI may amend the Terms in its sole discretion at any time without notice including but not limited to modifying Program eligibility and Program benefits. Any such changes to the Terms will be shown in the Terms or on the Program Website and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
TFI may terminate the Program at any time with or without notice.
Program Eligibility and Enrollment: You may apply for your business to be included in the Program by filling out a membership application at https://www.tennesseetitans.com/stayhomestaystrong/business-resource-center/submit. To be a Program member, the business or business owner must have an active personal seat license or suite account, the business must not be connected to a larger corporation, and your business must operate primarily in the Mid-South region. Businesses competitive to partners of TFI and/or Nissan Stadium will not be eligible for the Program. All membership applications for the Program must be submitted by May 1, 2020.
TFI reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify or exclude any business from the Program, and all questions or disputes regarding eligibility will be resolved by TFI in its sole discretion. If you apply for the Program, and your business does not qualify, you will be notified by TFI.
Public Nature of Your Content and License Grants: You understand and agree that this Program is public and the business information and the photo/logo you submit in connection with the Program may be viewed without your knowledge. Please do not include any information for Program purposes unless you want it to be publicly disclosed. TFI is not responsible for the use or disclosure of any information you disclose in connection with the Program.
By submitting your business information, photograph or logo to showcase your business you represent (i) the business information provided is complete and accurate, (ii) that the photograph/logo is your original work, and (iii) that such photograph/logo does not infringe upon any third party's proprietary or other rights. Additionally, you agree to grant TFI and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and parents, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, right to use, display, and publish any business information the photograph/logo you submit for Program purposes.
Only upload photographs or logos that are relevant and appropriate to this Program and that meet intellectual property, privacy, and other applicable laws. Photographs or logos that are considered to infringe the copyright or trademarks of other individuals, organizations or companies are not permitted. You must not upload photographs that contain objectionable content, including but not limited to nudity, violence, and other offensive, illegal or inappropriate images.
Disputes: THESE TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE, NASHVILLE DIVISION, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND VENUE.
By submitting this application, applicants agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless TFI, Cumberland Stadium, Inc., the National Football League and each of their respective employees, officers, owners, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, judgments, obligations, causes of action, penalties, costs, expenses or damages of any kind or nature, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees or disbursements, arising from or relating to applicant's participation in this Program.
DISCLAIMER: TFI DOES NOT OWN OR OPERATE ANY OF THE BUSINESSES YOU MAY INTERACT WITH AS A PART OF THIS PROGRAM AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PROGRAM MEMBERS. OUR INCLUSION OF A BUSINESS IN THIS PROGRAM IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT OR AN APPROVAL BY TFI, AND TFI HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROGRAM MEMBERS OR THE QUALITY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES THEY PROVIDE.
