NASHVILLE, Tenn. –Less than a week remains for applications to be accepted for the Junior Titans Cheerleading and Junior Titans Mascot program to be held at halftime of the Titans-Jaguars game Dec. 30 at LP Field.
Application deadline is Nov. 14.
"We're excited to be entering our 14th season of the Junior Cheerleading program and our seventh year offering the Junior Titans Mascot program," said Titans Director of Cheerleading Stacie Kinder. "We look forward to hosting this event each year and giving these kids the opportunity to perform during an NFL game. Both programs are unique and provide a wonderful experience for all children ages six to 13."
Participation in the Junior Cheer program includes three dance clinics taught by the Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders, official Junior Titans Cheerleading uniforms with poms, a souvenir group photo, a custom T-shirt and a pizza party with the Titans Cheerleaders and T-Rac.
The Junior Titans Mascot participants will enjoy the same benefits, except there will be an official Junior Titans Mascot "T-Rac" uniform instead of the Junior Cheerleading uniform and there will be only one clinic held at Baptist Sports Park.
Both groups will enjoy a pre-game meal and on-field seating during the game before performing at halftime. Participants also will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to the game on a first come, first served basis.
