BY SUBMITTING PHOTOS TO US, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE PHOTO SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

By submitting your photograph to Tennessee Football, Inc., doing business as Tennessee Titans ("TFI"), you hereby agree and consent to TFI and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies (including advertising agencies) and parents, using the submitted photograph(s), comment(s) and other accompanying materials for advertising, marketing, promotion and other commercial and business purposes, including publication on Zoomph and Tennessee Titans social media channels, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By submitting a photo you represents (i) that the photo is your original work, and (ii) that such photo does not infringe upon any third party's proprietary or other rights. Additionally, you agree to unconditionally assign and transfer to TFI any and all rights which you now have or may in the future have to such photo, including without limitation, the copyright therein, in any medium whatsoever. TFI will have the unrestricted right to use, publish, reproduce, display or otherwise distribute the photo however TFI deems fit without further approval of, or payment to, you.

Only upload photographs or images that are relevant and appropriate to this event and that meet intellectual property, privacy, and other applicable laws. Photos that are considered to infringe the copyright or trademarks of other individuals, organizations or companies are not permitted.

You must not upload photographs that contain objectionable content, including but not limited to nudity, violence, and other offensive, illegal or inappropriate images.

TFI reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter these terms at any time for any reason without prior notice. TFI also reserves the right to reject and remove any uploaded photo from display on its website, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

You hereby waive, release and forever discharge TFI and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, members, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents from any and all rights, claims and liability relating to or arising out of any actual or alleged violation of these terms.

THESE TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE, NASVILLE DIVISION, AND TFI AND YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND VENUE.
