Girls flag football has expanded to over 160 schools participating in the 2024-2025 season across the State of Tennessee. Following successful programs supported by the Tennessee Titans, as well as generous financial contributions from Bridgestone, Tennessee became the tenth state in the country to officially sanction girls flag football as a high school varsity sport.

The Titans believe all girls should have the opportunity to play football and experience the game first-hand, learning skills that will enrich their futures. The commitment extends beyond the field, aiming to inform young women about potential career paths available to them throughout the sports industry and other ways to utilize knowledge of the game in life. The Titans Girls Flag Football League provides training in athletics, but most importantly life skills like teamwork and perseverance.
