Course Description:

The race is completely virtual and only needs to meet the required distance (3.1 miles), regardless of location, which gives participants the freedom and flexibility to select and design your own route in your personal community. Examples could include a local park, around the neighborhood, or even on a treadmill among other options!

Where can I run/walk?

Anywhere! This is your virtual 5K experience, and we want you to complete it wherever you can and want to — sidewalks, paths, treadmill — every mile counts!

When do I need to complete my Virtual 5K?

Run, walk, or jog the Titans Virtual 5K any time between Sunday, November 1 through Sunday, November 15. You can submit your results on the portal through November 15.

How do I track my distance and time?

For the Titans Virtual 5K, we accept results on the honor system, but the most accurate tracking is typically via any app (MapMyRun, Strava, Fitbit, etc.) or device with GPS tracking such as your smartphone or smartwatch. Just be sure to run 5km or 3.1 miles.

What items are included with the Titans Virtual 5K participant kit?

The participant kit includes a commemorative Titans 5K t-shirt, a 2021 Titans home game ticket vs. Arizona Cardinals (date TBD), and a Titans 5K race bib.

How do I receive my packet?

Packets containing your t-shirts and Titans 5K race bib will be mailed out to your provided address in November.

Do I need to submit results to get a shirt and game ticket?

No, your shirt is with your participant kit. Once you complete your 5K, sign into your account and click "Log Result" to download your personalized finisher's certificate. Your game ticket will be a mobile ticket provided prior to the 2021 season. Be sure to share any photos and your race day experience on the Titans Virtual 5K community.

What do I do if my t-shirt doesn't fit?

We do not offer any size exchanges post kit shipment — all changes to sizes need to be made prior to confirming registration.

When is registration for the Titans Virtual 5K open?

Online registration for the Virtual 5K opens on September 28 and continues through October 29.

Can I register more than one person under my account?

Yes — you can register as many people under your account as you want. Select the "Register Another Person" option on the last page of registration, or you can start a new registration and enter your email as the account holder.

Can we register as a team?

Yes, you can register a team at the start of the registration process.

How do I create and/or join a team?

In order to create a team you must first start the registration process. On the third page of your registration process, select your category and tell us who you are, then you can create your team. To join a team, use the dropdown menu on that same page to search for your team —add yourself and submit your registration.

How do I become the Team Captain?

To become the Team Captain you must be the first person to register/create the Team.

Am I required to be part of a team?

No, you do not have to join a team to complete registration.

How do I update my personal information within my account?

Login to your EnMotive account here. You can change all personal information here such as email, password, address, etc.

*Where does a portion of my registration go? *

A portion of the proceeds from the Titans 5K will benefit the Tennessee Titans Foundation. The Tennessee Titans are committed to serving our community and enhancing the quality of life within the areas we live and work.

How can I engage with other participants in the Titans Virtual 5K?

We invite everyone to wear their Titans 5K shirt or your favorite Titans gear and share photos on social media using the hashtag #Titans5K.

Is there an age minimum for the 5K run?

The age limit is 7 years old. For younger participants, parents are encouraged to run with their child.

A Titans game ticket is included with my entry. Which games are available?

*All participants will receive a game ticket to the Titans vs. Arizona Cardinals game at Nissan Stadium for the 2021 season

*Date/Time TBA by the NFL in mid-April 2021

Where will my game day seats be located?

All tickets will be assigned in the 300 level of Nissan Stadium. Seats will be assigned based on availability at the time of your race registration.

When do I receive my game day tickets?

All participants will receive an email in the spring on how to access their mobile game tickets through the Titans mobile app for the game in 2021. Be sure to download the Titans Mobile App on your smartphone.

I registered a team. Can we all sit together?

Yes, depending on ticket availability, signing up as a team is the best way to ensure that you and your friends will sit together. The Titans will make their best effort to seat you all in the same row or section based on availability at the time of your registration.

Why are the tickets for 2021 and not this season?

Based on CDC guidelines and feedback from other governing authorities, we now know it is unlikely Nissan Stadium will be open to full capacity this fall. While we continue to work with NFL, state and local officials on a solution for fan attendance at Titans games this season, we wanted to make sure game tickets were still part of the 5K package.

How do I get game tickets for this season instead of 2021?

Unfortunately, due to current protocols and regulations, we are not able to offer single game tickets or 5K tickets for the 2020 season.

How will I receive my Award?

Awards will be mailed out after the event is closed and completed. Items may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. Eligible award winners will be contacted by a Titans representative upon conclusion of the Titans Virtual 5K.
